- Go to your dial pad and dial *312*recipient phone number*amount*pin#. That’s all to that.
- If it is your first time sharing airtime from your glo, you will first need to change your old pin (00000) to a new one. To do this, dial *312*00000*newpin*newpin#. You should receive a “successful” message after correctly completing the above instructions.
Using Menu Code to Transfer Airtime
Go to your phone’s dial pad, and dial *312#. Glo will ask you to input the recipient’s phone number. And after that, input the amount and your share pin.

Using the Customer Care line.
Go to the dial pad of your phone, and dial 121. Once you’ve dialed the code, you will need to request to speak with a call center agent by following the prompt in the call center menu.
Once an agent picks up your call, explain that you want to transfer airtime. You will be asked to provide the recipient number, and the rest of the transfer process will be carried out for you. You should receive an airtime debit SMS while your recipient should equally be credited within a minute.
