Via Airtel Me2U

With Airtel Me2U you can transfer airtime up to N5000 at once. If you are new to using Airtel Me2U service, you will have to change your service pin.

To change your pin from default, go to your messaging app and type the following format of the message in it.

*0000 newpin newpin” then send it to 321. For example, 0000 2277 2277 to 321. Once that is done correctly, you should receive a “successful” message.

Once your new pin is set, let’s go ahead to send airtime without hassles.

Dial *321# with the airtel line you want to transfer from.

Select “airtime.” Input the recipient’s phone number and followed by your pin. Once this is done, you will receive a “successful” message.

Using Messaging

You can as well use a messaging method to use the Me2U service in sending airtime on Airtel. To this is simple.

Go to your messaging app and type the message in the following format.

“2u recipient’s phone number amount pin” then sent to 321. For instance, if you want to transfer N500, and the recipient’s number is 08010000060  and your pin is 2277, type…

“2u 08010000060 500 2277” and sent it to 321.
